Requirements
- 🧾A valid Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN)
- 🪪Government-issued photo ID (National ID, passport or driver's licence)
- 🏢Business registration or certificate of incorporation — can be provided within 30 days of approval
- 🏦A business bank account for settling subscription payments
- 📱A contact phone number and email your customers and merchants can reach
Platform rules
- ✅Pay your monthly subscription on time — overdue accounts are suspended (data is kept, never deleted)
- ✅Vet your merchants: valid TRN, food handler's permits for food businesses
- ✅Operate legally within Jamaica and comply with consumer protection regulations
- ✅No prohibited goods (weapons, illegal substances). Liquor delivery requires merchants with valid licences
